Söll is a charming and modern farming village with around 3780 inhabitants, situated at 703 meters above sea level in a sunny, sheltered valley. Just under an hour’s drive from Munich, Salzburg, or Innsbruck, our village lies nestled between the majestic Wilder Kaiser mountain range and the Hohe Salve, Söll´s local mountain.

Travel in an eco-friendly, stress-free, and traffic-free way: thanks to our central location, you won’t need your own car. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find several shops and a bakery. Söll can be reached by bus from the Kufstein or Wörgl train stations in just 30 minutes – and with your guest card, the ride is even free! From the “Söll Dorf” bus stop, it’s only a 2-minute walk to your apartment.

With the free ski bus right outside your door, you’ll reach the gondola station – your entry point to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental – in just a few minutes.
Austria’s largest interconnected ski area awaits you with 275 km of perfectly groomed slopes, 81 modern lifts and cable cars, 80 charming family-run huts, 3 fun parks, adventure slopes, illuminated toboggan runs, and – with 10 km of night slopes – Austria’s largest night-skiing area, and much more.
At 1829 m, the Hohe Salve is one of the highest – and certainly the most spectacular – mountains in the SkiWelt. From the rotating terrace of the summit restaurant, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of more than 70 peaks over 3,000 meters high.

When snow conditions allow, the valley run ends just 200 m from our house. Cross-country trails, ski schools, rental shops, leisure facilities, and free parking are all just a few steps away.
